Built: December, 1906 Retired: December, 1955
 
Drivers: 56" Cylinders: 19 x 24 Operating Pressure: 180 lbs. Tractive Effort: 23,660 lbs.
Light Weight - Engine & Tender: 160,000 lbs. Tender Coal Capacity: 6 tons Tender Water Capacity: 4,000 gal.

Drivers: 102,960 lbs. Engine: 128,860 lbs. * Tender: 79,773 lbs. Total: 208,633 lbs.
 

NOTES:

 

Engine No. 27 cost $11,874.

Engine No. 27 was built with Stephenson valve gear.

Flange lubricators were installed in November of 1916.

A new cab was installed in May of 1919.

A Loco Light generator, Model "C" 450 watt, was installed on November 22, 1919.

A new cab was installed in November of 1921.

A Pyle National generator, Type E, 1500 watt, was installed on November 30, 1921.

A superheater and Walschaerts valve gear was installed in April of 1922.

Straight air was installed in 1936.

A steel cab was installed, date unknown.

* Engine weight increased to 143,000 lbs. with steel cab and Walschaerts valve gear.
